# Bienvenue

Bienvenue sur le guide officiel de [**NEDAO**](https://www.nedao.ch/), un projet ayant pour objectif d’offrir aux **citoyens, PME et institutions du Canton** une occasion inédite d’expérimenter les **nouvelles technologies**, de découvrir et comprendre les **nouveaux paradigmes de gouvernance**, et l’**étendue des applications ainsi rendues possibles**.

Ce guide vous accompagne pas à pas dans la prise en main de la plateforme NEDAO. Que vous soyez simplement curieux, désireux de participer à un projet collectif, ou engagé dans l’innovation publique ou privée, vous trouverez ici toutes les ressources nécessaires pour comprendre, contribuer et évoluer dans cet écosystème en pleine transformation.
